It is a private company = " non-profit" organization established by Turkish and Taiwanese founder members who live in Taipei. Anatolia Formosa Association was established in Taipei in 2006.

The aims and the subjects of activities of the Association are to encourage to strength freindship and cultural relations between Turkish people living in Taiwan and Taiwan local people.Beacause of these aims, our association will organize or participate cultural activities which will be organized by other organizations such as local or international schools in Taiwan or in Turkey, non governmental organizations in Taiwan or Turkey, and also municipal governments in Turkey or in Taiwan

Its mission is to promote the Turkish culture within Taiwan. Its membership is open to anyone wanting to join the activities.

We also aim to help promote Taiwan and its culture in those countries by using our strong network with various organizations.

We have started to teach the Turkish language, for the first time in Taipei, and we have talks with some private organizations to arrange art exhibitions featuring Turkey's rich cultural heritage here and we have agreed to take part in cultural activities held in Taipei.

We believe that bringing countries closer through such activities will have a positive impact on economic relations, a key role player in today's world, as well.
